A-2999, a 91-year-old male with neurocryopreservation arrangements, was declared legally dead in November 2021 in Colorado. A standby was not possible due to a rapid change in the member’s condition. A field cryoprotection was performed and then the patient was transported to Alcor. He became Alcor’s 187th patient.
