Price

Registration Fee for the conference including the gala Friday night reception, continental breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks Saturday and Sunday:

Friday Tutorial Registration Fee (includes Friday continental breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks; does not include the Saturday/Sunday conference. You can register for the conference only, the tutorial only, or both the conference and the tutorial).

Free Alcor Membership Application

Alcor will waive the normal $150 Membership Application Fee for conference attendees joining Alcor. Alcor staff will be available at the conference to assist in the sign-up process and to answer any questions you may have. Check the option on the conference application form next to "Send me an Alcor Membership Application Form."


Registration

Registrations after 12:00 noon on Wednesday, November 13th must be in-person at the conference site. Registrations via the conference web site or the conference 800 number will not be accepted after this time.

Registrations after midnight on Sunday November 10th will not include the Friday night reception or the Saturday/Sunday lunches except on a space-available basis.

You may use VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, check or international money order valid in the U.S. Make checks payable to "Alcor", checks and bank drafts must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. Bank

Hotel

Room Rate (Single/Double): $119/night. Mention Alcor conference to obtain the group rate of $119. Hotel reservations should be made by November 1st, 2002 to obtain the special rate.
